Step 1:
Receive and Evaluate
We receive a phone calls, email or visits from potential clients. after introductions, we set up an appointment to meet with 2 to 3 years tax return copies and bank statements and data for the previous quarter. Then we give estimate of how much our services would cost for accounting & posting for financial statements, payroll and payroll tax deposit services, and full charge with all quarterly reports, financial statements, and payroll services given.
Step 2:
Analysis and Planning
At the meeting and we review everything brought in by the potential clients. we ask several questions about how and when the corporation or business began. what type of tax schedule they are currently on.
Step 3:
Make plans and Implement
We possibly sign a contract and immediately start entering data and pulling financials and making quarterly payments to the IRS. We also begin the payroll right away.
